Coditherm Flat
Coditherm FLAT is ideal for thermal transfer printing on objects with large flat surfaces. It is particularly suitable for applications requiring a large printing area or in case of irregular surfaces. The transfer device consist of a mobile carriage carrying a heated roller device. The hot roller may be either soft or hard according to the surface to be printed.
Coditherm H-Pad
Coditherm H-PAD is ideal for printing in recessed areas of structured plastic containers in which the printing area is only slightly smaller than the recess itself and where roller printers cannot be used as a consequence. This model has a high-power hot pad transfer device. The pad is operated by a pneumatic piston capable of developing up to 22,8 kN. The ribbon guiding devices around the pad are designed to minimize clearance. The maximum dimensions of the hot pad are 95 x 150 mm.
Coditherm I-Roller
Coditherm I-ROLLER is recommended for applications requiring high temperatures and/or high frequencies. The model fits a 102 mm diameter transfer roller which is heated by infrared emitters to make the roller tougher and longer lasting and to improve energy transfer.
Coditherm Pad
Coditherm PAD is recommended for special applications because the printing system transfer device can work on particular or very small surfaces.
Coditherm Round
Coditherm ROUND is the solution recommended in the case of round objects. The transfer member consists of a fixed carriage that supports a heated roll. The object to be marked is made to rotate by means of a motorized device synchronized with the roller that can be of the “soft” or “hard” according to the surface to be marked.
